Hello! Thank you for visiting my page. I currently work as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the great team at Clayton Counseling in Encinitas, CA.
I am honored. I consider it a privilege to do this healing work. I am an integrative therapist who offers a wide variety of services to help you, your family, and your loved ones. My specialties include trauma, grief & loss, depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, school challenges, couples and adults experiencing life transitions. I enjoy working with clients age 5 and up. Being married for over 31 years and raising 5 children has given me a wide variety of practical insights into the intricate joys and challenges these relationships can bring. You are not alone. Hope and healing are possible
Every person I meet is a unique, beautiful being with a profound capacity for healing and growth. In our sessions, I strive to foster a nurturing environment filled with meaningful discussion, exploration & even laughter. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging, and judgment-free space where you can find healing growth and chart your path to your best life.
I've had the privilege of supporting clients through some of life's most heart-wrenching moments- child loss, sudden death, & assault. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Mindfulness-Based Therapies, ACT, Socratic questioning, and EMDR. My passion lies in offering a life preserver to the heartbroken, and hope and help for a brighter future.
